Our Health Lectures are an ongoing free educational series to keep the Lompoc community informed about important health topics, presented for free as a public service. For more information please call (805) 737-5762.

All lectures are held at the Ocean's Seven Cafe, inside the Lompoc Valley Medical Center: Hospital at 1515 East Ocean Ave.

The current schedule for classes are the first three Mondays every month.

The three-week program will educate attendees about achieving a target blood sugar level, eating healthy foods and being active. The program will run every month from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the Surf conference room in the Ocean’s Seven Café at 1515 East Ocean Ave.
